One of the rooms has its own bathroom, while the other two share a common bathroom. Additionally, one of the bedrooms also includes a television for extra comfort.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is another air-conditioned bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a television and a rustic fireplace, creating warmth and a cozy atmosphere. This space is connected to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, providing the perfect place for socializing and cooking.

The outdoor area of the villa includes a covered terrace with a relaxing corner in the shade, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying a barbecue.
